Lemon collected from firsthand vendors or directly from farmers must be sorted for size and damage. The next step is washing and steaming the sorted lemons and then we dry the lemon by wiping them with cotton. The dry lemon is then sliced and sauteed and cooked with pickle ingredients. We allow the pickles to cool naturally and then transferred them to storage containers.
