Chicken tandoori Mix

Ingredients Required:
1kg Chicken!
1 Cup / 200g curd, hung to remove water
100g Suhana Chicken Tandoori Mix
Steps:
- Make a paste of Suhana Chicken tandoori Mix and curd.
- Marinate chicken pieces & keep aside for 1 hr.
- Set microwave at 900 watt and grill chicken for first 10-15 minutes by repositioning frequently.
- Bast with Butter and grill for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle Suhana Chat Masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
Tip: You can also make tandoori vegetables, paneer or tandoori seafood of your choice.
